How do you keep potato delicious for a prolonged period of time?

Well, there are a couple ways, of course, you could grow them yourself. However, if you are like most of us, you are not going to want to wait around for potatoes to grow. The options are to either buy them from the supermarkets or you can eat potatoes that already have an almighty strong flavour and that taste delicious.

So, which option do you think is better?

Buying Potatoes from the Supermarkets

When you buy potatoes from the supermarket, the chances are that they are stored in air-tight containers. This means that most of the moisture from the potatoes has been sucked out. This makes them perfect for storage and stops them drying out. However, this process also means that the potatoes lose a lot of flavour. They do not taste as sweet or as fresh as they once would have.
