Poké Bowlsssss are invading KOTA KINABALU, SABAH!! Gotta EAT ‘em ALL!!!

What exactly is a Poké Bowl? How do you eat them?! Poké is pronounced as “poh-kay’ or ’poh-keh”, NOT “poh-kee”, and definitely not “pohk”. Poké means “to slice or cut” in Hawaiian. It also indicates chunks of raw, marinated fish (usually raw tuna), which is then tossed over rice and topped with fresh vegetables and umami-packed sauces. In Hawaii, you can buy all kinds of Poké at the local grocery store- either buy it by the pound or have it thrown in a bowl over rice.

Now, Poké Bowls are growing like mushrooms in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah! Within a year, we’ve witnessed 3 Poké Bowls outlets, with the first one opening on 2nd February 2018 till date. We got you excited, eh? Find out where you can get your Poké around KK. Check out our article for the details!…/poke-bowl-in-kota-kinabalu-kk-sabah-got…/
